Procedure:
Step 1:
Call Royale Bintang Damansara at
+603 7843 1111 or Royale Bintang Kuala Lumpur at
+603 2143 9898 or

Bintang Seremban to make
room reservation and quote "ecard
members' redemption program".
Step 2:
A reservation number will
be given once the booking is done.
Step 3:
Fill up the redemption form
and state the reservation number and check-in & check-out
dates in the form and fax to +603
2059 6611.
Step 4:
Member to get room
reservation letter from Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn.
Bhd. and present the letter to the hotel's front desk upon
check-in.
