Boustead Holdings Bhd's
Subsidiary, Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd, hopes to
increase its customer loyalty programme membership by 15% to
20% from 200,000 members now with the launch of its new
loyalty and fleet cards.
Boustead Petroleum managing
director Tan Kim Thiam said it hoped to provide better
products and services to its customers in partnerships with
the card suppliers and merchants.
The company last night launched
the new loyalty card branded as
ecard,
and the new Boustead Petroleum fleet card, which are for its
retail and corporate customers, respectively.
"Through good quality products
and services combined with our new vibrant orange-coloured
Boustead Petroleum stations, we believe we can achieve major
improvements in terms of market share and customer
relations," he said.
Speaking at the launch of the
cards and a customer appreciation dinner in Petaling Jaya,
he said customers could look forward to various special
offers, redemptions and promotions for the new
ecard
at The Curve in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya until March
12.
The cards were launched in
conjunction with the company's new corporate identity and
petrol station image. Boustead Petroleum now commands 8% to
10% share of the retail petrol market. Also present at the
launch was Boustead group managing director Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin.
