How do I apply
to become a BHPetrol
ecard
member? |

A: |
Complete your details in the
ecard
application form and mail it to us. We will send the
ecard
to you in 4-6 weeks. Your card will be activated as soon as
you receive the card. |

Is there a
supplementary card? |
|
A: |
Yes. You can apply for a maximum
of two supplementary cards at no cost. The two cards and
your own principal card will be linked to one account.

accumulated by all three cards will be credited to this
account and the total can be used by the
principal/supplementary card-member to redeem
egifts. |

If I lose the
ecard,
is the replacement free? |

A replacement fee of RM5.00 is
chargeable. |

What do I do if
my
ecard
is damaged? |

A: |
Cut the damaged
ecard
into two and return it together with the replacement of
damaged card form and send it to Boustead Marketing Sdn.
Bhd., P.O. Box 11081, 50990 Kuala Lumpur and we will take
3 weeks to replace the new
ecard
for you. |

What is the
validity for and
ecard
membership? |

ecard
membership is valid 5 years only. Thereafter, a renewal card
will be sent upon expiry of the card. |
