Q:

How do I earn epoints?

A:

Present your ecard to accumulate epoints with every purchase of fuel, shop items and car wash at participating BHPetrol Service Stations. In time, the epoints accumulated can be used to redeem the egifts of your choice as listed in the catalogue.

Q:

How long will the epoints remain valid?

A:

The epoints are valid for two years from the date earned. Check the points summary in your reward receipt, it shows the next batch of epoints that are due to expire. To avoid losing your epoints, you are encouraged to redeem items regularly.

Q:

Can I exchange the epoints for cash?

A:

No. The epoints have no cash value. They can only be used to redeem the egifts listed in the catalogue or redeem instant egifts from any participating BHPetrol service stations nationwide.

Q:

Can I assign my epoints to someone else?

A:

No. the epoints in any one account can only be redeemed by the principal cardholder. The points in the account are not transferable or assignable.

Checking epoints

A:

Your total accumulated epoints are shown on the online award receipt you receive everytime you refuel or purchase items from BHPetrol service stations. You may also ask our friendly station staff to check on your updated epoints.
