Terms & Conditions
This Campaign is organised by Monee Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) (“Monee”).
The Campaign Period is from 30th September 2025 to 4th October 2025 and is open to all SPayLater users that have completed at least one (1) prior offline purchase.
The Promotion will automatically be applied for each Eligible Transaction with minimum spending of RM50 in one (1) receipts per transaction.
Each user can enjoy a maximum of one (1) Promotion per merchant per month.
The Promotion will cease once the Campaign Quota sets at 10,000 throughout the promotion period with 2,000 quotas per day have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Campaign Period, whichever is earlier.
This Promotion shall not be valid with other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers offered by Monee or its affiliates.
In the event of any failure to redeem a voucher for any reason, Monee reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the voucher to the user. If the voucher was issued without a purchase price, Monee reserves the right not to fulfil the Campaign and the voucher shall be considered void. Monee shall not be liable for any other claims or damages arising from the failure to redeem the voucher.
Monee reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the Campaign, or amend the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In any case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the Campaign, the decision of Monee shall be final.
