How do I claim the RM3 TrueMoney credit?

This is only applicable for new user registration; you are required to key in ‘TRUERM3’ in the ‘Promo/KOL Code’ field on the registration page and perform account verification in order to receive the credit.

Why did I not receive the RM3 TrueMoney credit after I registered and verified my account?

This may be due to the ‘TRUERM3’ code not being properly filled during registration.

How do I perform the account verification?

Go to the ‘Account’ page in TrueMoney Wallet and proceed with the account verification process by scanning your Malaysian Identification Card (IC) or Passport from the bar on top.

This Campaign is held by True Money Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. By participating in this Campaign, users (TrueMoney Malaysia E-wallet application users) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with True Money’s Terms of Services, The Campaign Terms and Conditions as well as True Money’s Privacy Policy and Statement.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence (i) This Campaign’s Terms and Conditions; (ii) True Money’s Terms and Conditions; and (iii) True Money’s Terms of Services (accessible in the TrueMoney app under Account → About Us → Terms of Service – eWallet).
TrueMoney reserves the right to forfeit any of the offers/prizes for this Campaign if the user has breached any of the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period is between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026.
Eligibility is as follows:
- All New TrueMoney E-wallet users over the age of 18
The Campaign Mechanics are as per below:
1. Only for New TrueMoney Wallet Users.
2. New users are required to download the TrueMoney Malaysia app and input the KOL/Promo Code of ‘TRUERM3’ on the registration page.
3. New users who apply the KOL/Promo Code must complete the account verification (e-KYC) process within 48 hours between 1 April to 30 June 2026 via the TrueMoney Wallet to receive the RM3 credit reward in their account.
4. The redemption of RM3 TrueMoney credit is only applicable to all the BHPetrol customers’ first download as new users that complete the account verification process.
5. The Cashback will be credited to each customer no more than 48 hours after the transaction. Customers will be notified via the TrueMoney in-app push notification upon the RM3 being credited into their TrueMoney app.
