Terms & Conditions

  1. This program is valid from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025 and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  2. The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the mobile number and eCard account holder who received the campaign notification.

  3. Members who sign up for a BHPetrol eCard account after the campaign start date and did not receive the official campaign notification are not eligible to participate.

  4. Selected members are required to make purchase Petrol or Diesel (no minimum amount required) at any BHPetrol station and collect ePoints for the transaction by swiping their eCard or scanning their eCard App.

  5. The following are the methods to enter the contest:
    • Payment at Cashier Counter – Inside the BHPetrol shop / BHPetromart: eCard members must swipe their card or present their eCard app QR code to be scanned at the counter at any BHPetrol station during/before making payment.

    • Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT) – At the pump: Customers can insert their physical eCard or enter their eCard ID (the last 4- digits of registered NRIC number) and scan the QR code to earn ePoints through the receipt after the refuelling process is completed.
  6. The following individuals are not eligible to win prizes: Employees of the Organizer (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, siblings, including spouses), as well as BHPetrol station staff.

  7. Eligible members who have made a purchase on Petrol or Diesel and earned ePoints during the campaign period will qualify for one (1) lucky draw entry to win a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max. The lucky draw will be conducted by BHPetrol.

  8. There will be one (1) winner of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible members who have made at least one fuel purchase during the campaign period.

  9. The winner will be notified via call or WhatsApp by January 2026 using the contact number registered with their eCard account.

  10. Rewards and/or prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

  11. BHPetrol reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this program or revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  12. In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, BHPetrol’s decision shall be final and binding.
