SKPS (Sistem Kawalan Petrol Bersubsidi) – A government system that provides subsidised RON95 petrol to eligible commercial vehicles.
SKDS (Sistem Kawalan Diesel Bersubsidi) – A government system that provides subsidised diesel to eligible commercial vehicles.
Companies that own one or more approved commercial vehicles can apply, as long as they have received the official SKPS/SKDS approval letter from the Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri (KPDN).

Step 1: It’s simple! Just visit BHPetrol’s website to apply for either the X-Fleet Card Subsidy or the Cash Card Subsidy.
Step 2: Make sure to fill in all the required details and upload the necessary documents.
Step 3: Review your information, then click Submit to complete your application.
Step 4: The BHPetrol subsidy card will be delivered to your registered correspondence address.
Cards will be delivered to the registered correspondence address within 14-30 working days upon receiving complete documents.
The quota is managed directly by KPDN. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting KPDN directly.
No, you don’t need to make a new application. If your vehicles are eligible for the petrol or diesel subsidy, simply email the following documents to xfleet@bhpetrol.com.my:

Yes. Each eligible vehicle must have its own dedicated BHPetrol Subsidy Card, with the vehicle number printed on the card.
X-Fleet Charge Card: Set customized limits on product, daily and monthly transactions upon applying, or change the product restrictions and transaction limit on existing cards.
X-Fleet Subsidy Card: This card is for diesel purchases only. Set customized limits on daily and monthly transactions upon applying or change the product restrictions and transaction limit on existing cards.
Subsidy Cash Card: This card is for subsidised diesel/petrol purchases only. Usage limit is based on the subsidy quota approved by KPDNKK (Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi Dan Kepenggunaan).
Your statement for all transactions, including overdue sums and late payment charges (if applicable) will be available on BHPetrol X-Fleet web portal by first day of the next month for every month.

Incomplete documents will be notified through your correspondence email in between 14 to 30 working days.
If you are unable to provide financial documents, your application will be offered under a prepaid account instead of a postpaid account.
There are no annual fees or enrolment fees imposed for BHPetrol Subsidy card registration, card renewal or defective card.

A security deposit may be required for postpaid account, depending on the financial performance review of each company.
No manual activation is required. Your card will be automatically activated when you make your first purchase at the station.
Your new BHPetrol Subsidy card will be sent via our SkyNet courier.
Yes, you may earn ePoints.
X-Fleet users: You can choose to collect loyalty points using either your physical eCard or the virtual eCard.
Cash Card users: ePoints can only be collected with the physical eCard.
Note: For virtual eCards, no physical card will be issued. ePoints are automatically credited for each transaction under any X-Fleet account, and the accumulated points will be used to offset your monthly X-Fleet statement. Virtual accounts are not entitled to any additional reward points.
The request can be made via https://mysubsidi.kpdn.gov.my portal. Due to the high volume of requests and applications, we recommend that your company maintains the approval received from KPDN so that your company does not miss out on any subsidies during this peak period and reconsiders your request at a later point.
