Terms & Conditions

This program is valid from 1st August 2025 to 31st October 2025, while stocks last, and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. This program is exclusively for BHPetrol eCard members who have received campaign notification via WhatsApp or SMS from BHPetrol.
  2. The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the mobile number and eCard account holder who received the notification.
  3. Members who sign up for an eCard account after the campaign start date and did not receive the official campaign SMS/WhatsApp notification are not eligible for the offer.

Campaign 3: Mystery Gift Redemption

  • Eligible members must make a fuel purchase of any value at any BHPetrol station to redeem a mystery gift at the payment counter.
  • Forwarded SMS messages will not be accepted. Only official SMS from BHPetrol (sent via number 63998) will be considered valid.
  • The mobile number must be verified by the station cashier during redemption. If fraudulent activity is suspected, BHPetrol reserves the right to withhold the gift.
  • Redemption is only valid for registered eCard members with a physical card at the time of gift collection. Customers who register after their fuel purchase but before mystery gift redemption will still be considered eligible.
  • This promotion is exclusive to eCard members with physical card only.

BHPetrol reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion, or revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute related to this promotion, BHPetrol’s decision shall be final.
