BHPetrol IRB E-Invoicing Data Collection - PDPA

To ensure a smooth transition process, we are currently reaching out to all our active customers/vendors to collect the information required to issue e-invoices.

By providing the information requested in this form for the purpose of e-invoicing, the customer/vendor acknowledges and consents to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The customer/vendor further agrees that the information provided may be shared with relevant parties solely for the purpose of e-invoicing.

The customer/vendor hereby consents to receive electronic invoices (e-invoices) instead of paper invoices. By providing the necessary information in this form, the customer/vendor agrees to receive and process e-invoices electronically in compliance with the e-invoicing rules and regulations set forth by the Malaysian government.

The customer/vendor certifies that all information provided in this form for e-invoicing purposes is true, accurate, and up-to-date.

The customer/vendor understands and acknowledges that the information provided for e-invoicing may be stored and processed electronically. All reasonable security measures will be taken to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of the data in compliance with the PDPA and e-invoicing regulations in Malaysia.

By completing and submitting this form, the customer/vendor agrees to the above terms and conditions regarding the provision of information for e-invoicing purposes.
